Tuesday, December 22, 2015. A transgender man wants to live as a girl of six years old, after holding a marriage for 23 years, until the moment when he realized that he had to show his true identity and now he lives with an adoptive family.
Stefonknee Wolschtt, is father of seven children; he was never accepted by his wife as she realized his identity and she put an ultimatum to stop being transgender people, which then ended up with a restraining order, because his ex-couple brought charges against him for harassment; situations that led him to try to commit suicide in 2009, after having gone to his first transgender march. He repeated a suicide attempt when his eldest daughter invited him to her wedding, with the condition that he should go dressed as his father, sit out of the way and without talking to anyone.
Wolscht is a transsexual who, before becoming a woman was named Paul and he was married. At 46 years old, he left his wife and seven children to live what he considers his true life.
In a detailed interview his struggle to becoming in a woman first, and then in a girl of six years old; who lives in a body of a man of more than 50 years. He states that there are days when he forget his past, satisfied with the change generated in his life. However, he does not deny having been married and with a family of seven children. He explains that the reason why he wanted to return to being a girl, it is simply because at that time, he did not want to be adult.
After what happened, Wolschtt found an adoptive family; those who accepted him without problems. His new parents, an elderly couple; say that they have a small granddaughter, who always wanted an older sister; proving to be perfect for everyone. With this change of life, Wolscht states that have also disappeared his suicidal thoughts.
Be a little girl has given him back the will to live and in his opinion, it works better than any medicine; because now have a father and a mother again. A family that has given him the necessary support to move forward with his new life.
Wolscht is happy because he now have a mom and a dad, who are totally comfortable with that he is a girl; also their children and grandchildren support him. He appeared in a long documentary in an initiative called Transgender Project, in which he explains that he feels very well with his new sister of seven years of age.
