Albania is a country located in southeastern Europe bordering Montenegro to the northwest, Kosovo to the northeast, the Republic of Macedonia to the east and Greece to the south and southeast. Its west coast is towards the Adriatic Sea and the Ionian Sea to the southwest.

Tirana is the largest city and the capital of Albania. This city is full of big boulevards, among which we recommend visiting the Bajram Curri and the Dëshmorët e Kombit, which are ideal to visit during the day. During the night, the city shows its neon lights and you can visit many bars, viewpoints, nightclubs and casinos.

In Tirana you can visit The Et’hem Bey Mosque and the Clock Tower. The mosque is considered the most beautiful in Albania, its exterior decoration is very striking. They offer guided tours as the only way to see what the mosque looks like inside.

The tower clock, adjacent to the mosque, was a gift from the richest families in Albania, with a view to the signs of modernity of the city. For a small fee, you can go up to the viewpoint from where you can have a panoramic view of the city.

The Albanian coast has 360 kilometers spread between two seas. We recommend you to visit the southern coast of the country, known as the Albanian Riviera, where among its cliffs are hidden beautiful virgin beaches such as Jal, Borsch and Bunec that are still very secluded. Other touristic beaches are Saranda and Vlore that are characterized by their gulfs, headlands and small beaches, halfway between the Adriatic and Ionian Sea.

Other touristic sites are the city of Durres and the beautiful city of Shkoder, or Permet and its surrounding area. These areas are full of hot springs and natural parks. Gjirokaster and Berat are World Heritage Sites.

Berat is known as the city of a thousand windows. It is a medieval and almost unaltered city of Ottoman architecture; it is a very beautiful place. In Berat you can walk through its stone streets where you will see ancient mosques and churches with frescoes.

You can take a guided tour of Berat and you will find tourist guides who speak several languages, who will guide you through this beautiful city, showing you special places.
