It comes from Asia, specifically from southeast India, north of Burma and China. Subsequently, the Mediterranean region developed its cultivation thanks to their good soil and climate.

Besides that, salads, fried fish, parmigiana or fried potatoes, get more texture if we add some generous drops of lemon to them. The lemon is great for removing bad odors from the kitchen, for example from oil.

Another benefit of this citrus fruit, rich in vitamin C, is to eliminate freckles and skin spots produced by sun exposure sun. It is also a natural remedy that fights the bacteria that produces bad smell under the armpits and acne.

However, be very careful when using natural treatments, because you must not go out in the sun with lemon juice on your hands or face, because the burns can be terrible.
