Buy free oil makeup, these will clog the pores leading to blackheads. Always use makeup remover and high quality products. Pimples appear when pores clog with dirtiness, bacteria or oil than skin produces. Apply a sunblock that is not greasy.
On the other hand, stress causes skin eruption. Exercise yourself regularly; doing yoga, running, swimming, walking, jogging or any other that energizes you. This will allow a better sleep, so skin can look better. Take things slow, and when you feel under pressure, drink a chamomile tea, hibiscus, linden; these will help you control anxiety.
