Its fame began to become more apparent in the twentieth century; thus, becoming the most popular metal used by large firms of jewelry; before being popularized by the world famous superstars.

The spectacular jewelry brand ” Cartier ” got their start with the preparations of jewelry made from this material. Cartier turns to be few of the first professional jewelry trademarks perfecting the use of platinum. Great music artists like the famous Elvis use a platinum ring to join the marriage ties with one of his wives.
