And this is mainly due to this great desire to excel, to the constancy and perseverance that they have put into the work they have carried out, to saving and planning, even empirical, that they have had to face life and satisfy their needs.
Today, that large number of children and young people are successful adults who are examples for millions of people. We would make an extensive list of important people in the world to emphasize the importance of planning in the personal context, but we are sure that the three stories that we will present below are instructive for each one of you.

Another example worthy of admiration is Oprah Winfrey, one of the best-known television presenters in the world; who, in addition to television programs, has written famous books, and even owns his own television network.
But, Oprah was not born in the cradle of gold, she lived in extreme poverty, due to her mother was a teenager and single and they barely had money to feed, so her grandmother helped raise her, and made him dressed in bags of potatoes and had his first pair of shoes at six years old. She also suffered sexual abuse at age 14, becoming pregnant at that young age, but the baby was premature and died at birth.
This story of suffering and pain did not stop Oprah, and with her intelligence, ability to communicate, hard work and perseverance, she has come to position herself as one of the most successful women in the world. To reach her goals, she worked almost for free on a local radio as an announcer to acquire skills in the media, which allowed her to ascend step by step and then she was hired by other channels, getting her first television program at 32 years old.
Finally, we have Jeff Bezos, current CEO of Amazon, whose personal fortune is valued at about 59 billion dollars, although years ago he could not pay for his studies.
His history of hard and constant work began when he was just a child, at his grandfather’s ranch where he worked putting pipes, repairing the windmills and feeding the cattle. Subsequently, he worked at McDonald’s for a whole summer to be able to pay for his vacations, still a teenager, but showing an entrepreneurial attitude, constant and with clear objectives, which undoubtedly facilitated his path to success. Thus, he began teaching his friends to save and pay for their own university studies.
In this way, Jeff Bezos after finishing his studies at the university, had the opportunity to work in several companies related to computing, to then work on Wall Street and a well-known bank. However, he wanted to be independent and start his own company, starting in the garage of his house, until he turned Amazon into the giant that he is today, risking leaving the job where he was paid very well, to become a great entrepreneur and achieve his true dream.
To cite these examples of famous and millionaire people who were very poor, we do it with the purpose of transmitting a message to all those enterprising women who want to move forward in a changing world that requires a lot of work and effort, and above all a proper administration of resources and time, which can be done if they are able to organize themselves, plan and draw clear and precise objectives.
In this way, we can say that personal success depends largely on planning, which can not only be seen from the workplace, but also from the personal, family and social, where the individual unfolds. Hence, friends, if we learn to plan, we have taken a step forward to achieve our goals in less time, do not forget that they will be effective as they produce more in less time.
Therefore, the planning is a stage of the administration, which must have any person, let’s stop seeing it as something exclusive of the companies, and let’s begin to use it in our families, in our personal life; because if we know how to plan well, we can cover our needs and expectations in the best way and in a faster way.

All this process, of course, requires perseverance and commitment, since it is not worth anything to plan in theory, to write down our objectives and goals on paper and then not to act. Remember that your thoughts, your words and your actions must go hand in hand, they must have coherence, they must correspond.
