Colonia Condesa. It is one of the most popular ones when it is about tourist places, among them La Casa de Cortés, a historical monument that is part of The National Institute of Anthropology and History since the 18th century, being also the home of famous museums such as Casa Frida Kahlo also called Casa Azul, which was taken as a historical place since the artist’s death. Santa María Magdalena Atlitic. This community is southwest of the city. Formerly it was part of Coyoacán, until its conquest in the sixteenth century, when it became independent, at the same time a temple was built, soon after the first machine to manufacture woolen cloths was installed and later its focus was the production, for this reason it was filled with textile factories.
