Likewise, to reach blond tones or lighten tones the best known plant is the chamomile, in addition you can also use sunflowers, calendula flowers and there are those who add saffron. Hair should be immersed in this mixture for at least 30 minutes and then rinsed.

If you want to achieve a black tone in a natural way, the infusion of black tea is ideal, you should prepare a concentrated infusion; let it stand for half an hour, apply and let it act for twenty minutes.
