The problem occurs mostly in the armpits, palms, soles of the feet and face.
The physical and emotional factors are responsible for this alteration of the organism, making it sweat more over the account. Currently there are many treatment options, which can significantly help the cessation of the sweat in different areas.
To deal with the sweat, and avoid that generates secondary problems, it is recommended to adopt good hygiene habits. However, when you start to change your eating and sedentary habits, in a few days the excessive sweating will drop significantly.

Cotton absorbs moisture, like the athletic apparel fabrics, which are designed to absorb the water. Choose clothes that absorb sweat. Clothes with loosely woven, such as the linen clothing.
Practice the habit of relaxation in your body, which is fundamental to avoid the nervous sweat. Have positive thoughts. In difficult situations, don’t think in your sweat; think in something that causes you joy and happiness.
