Envy is a terrible feeling causative of negative energy. All human beings feel envy toward someone at least once in life, and while some are left eat away by it; others struggle to be better every day, without interfering in the lives of others.
Generally, envy arises when a person thinks she has a conquered position in a specific environment and feel threatened once new people integrate. This negative feeling occurs due to lack of confidence that the person has in herself, generating harmful emotional states that affect natural socialization among those involved and the common space.
Envy is an evil impression that nobody wants to admit, because of their pride and vile character; becoming a victim of herself and experiencing a terrifying inner suffering. Who only slope actions of others and the events surrounding them, criticizing without seeing their own shortcomings nor struggling to overcome them; it is nothing more than a dangerous envious. But those who learn to tolerate their frustrations and control their impulses, obtain a conscious picture of what happens; they respect each other’s space and appreciate their qualities. This internal and external recognition, helps to grow as a person.
It is important to differentiate between admiration and envy; because the fact of value and accept the virtues of other person, does not mean that you envy her, you are only recognizing her skills and reaffirming yours. Therefore we know the main triggers of envy: no feeling well with yourself; worry about what others are doing, establishing a kind of internal competition; constantly point out the negative aspects without taking into account the positive aspects.
However, there is a way to ward off envy through the “Mantras”. These are resources that are designed to protect our minds against the unproductive cycle of thought and action. They belong to the domain of the sacred and constitute the divine language; being highly effective. The following will help you eliminate envy:
“OM VAJRA SATTWA HUNG”, utter it three times in your mind or out loud with your eyes closed.
Usually, the “evil eye” is caused by envy or admiration excess. This evil is a negative energy projected to any person, animal or plant and it is not always voluntary, but produce the same damage. Against this evil pronounce the following Mantra:
“OM CHANDRA MEELI SOORYA MEELI KURU KURU SWAHA”.
Likewise, you may be able to ward off envy with positivism and caring attitude: develop good humor; be aware of your shortcomings, accept and overcome them. Explore your strengths and recognize what is good in others, not wanting to take it away from them. Remember to wish evil to someone, this negative energy will turn against you; so try to share feelings and positive attitudes to the world. Make sure you know who you are and where you are going to not give room in your life to envy.
