Women today have been found with a great challenge, combine her professional career with her desire to build a family. Many have successfully achieved, but in all this process have been loaded of tasks: keep the house organized, cooking, care the children, help them with their tasks, go to work, comply with all labor obligations, then come home and start again. Without any doubt, a great number of activities that overwhelm to anyone.

However, this does not happen with women because they have the skill to do a lot of things at the same time without neglecting any of them, being defined as “multitasking” women; that is, those that are capable of performing multiple tasks, achieving a balance between work and family. But managing all of these responsibilities at the same time, can result in a range of situations that make this ability will see clouded.

Among the difficulties that can bring be a multitasking woman, is that the quality of the activities that we make can be affected, because without we realize, to one we will dedicate 100 %, while in others we will do automatically, without taking care for all the details. In addition, our health can be compromised, as when we handle so many activities the stress levels are in rising, causing physical and mental wear; in addition, personal relationships with family members may be upset by feel that we do not pay enough attention.

Well, in order to deal with all these situations, and continue to fulfill all of our tasks satisfactorily, it is important to devise a plan where all activities are organized and prioritized, this will lead us to meet with success as planned, giving to all the necessary attention.

Similarly, it is important that we establish a schedule. When we decide to dedicate ourselves to the family, we must be clear that during this time nothing should distract us and that this should be quality time; to achieve this we will turn cell phones and other electronic devices that make us divert our interest; do not let the work invades our personal and family space.

It is important, for our physical, mental and emotional health, that we dedicate a time to us, in other words, that for a moment we concentrate on something strictly our, getting away of everything else, even for a few minutes or a few hours. A massage in a “spa”, go out and have fun with friends, a romantic outing with our partner, or just sit alone for a drink or a cup of tea; can be excellent plans that will help us to recharge the batteries to continue devouring the world.

In this way, we can say with pride: I’m a efficiently multitasking woman!, because not only is this to fulfill all the tasks at the same time, but to make them effectively; that way will we ensure that our loved ones also feel proud of what we do day to day.
