Wednesday, 16 December 2015. Hillary Clinton, this time in her role of candidate for the presidency; once again reiterated her promise to help the more than 11 million undocumented immigrants currently in the United States.

In June of the current year she promised to Latino voters, that if she wins the presidency she would set an immigration reform with ways to citizenship; even she encouraged Hispanics who currently live in the United States to give to their children the opportunity to learn English, given the advantages of being bilingual in this country.

However, Clinton encouraged Hispanic parents to talk to their children in their native language, Spanish. This was particularly striking, since many Republicans argue that education must be in a single language, in this case the English, so that migrants can integrate into society.

In this way, the candidate is positioned as one of the preferred to the presidency. In her speech, she assured that would do what was necessary to alleviate the current migration problem and that if the Congress refuses to act; she will do everything that can within the legal framework to go beyond what the President Obama has made to accomplish what needs to be achieved.

Although Hillary Clinton recognizes that make an immigration reform could mean millions of dollars for the nation, supports her position by saying that for her this issue transcends the economic and political factors, because it is about the family.

In the case of winning the presidency, Hillary has plans to offer benefits to reduce the costs of the processes of acquisition of citizenship, as well as increase access to programs for immigrants to learn English. She mentioned that this was her commitment as a senator and it will be even more as president.

In this same line of arguments, she commented that if a person shows love for their country and is willing to work hard for the future of their family; there is no solid reasons to force them to leave, on the contrary, doors must be open to them through legal processes to make their stay in the country be legal. In this way, the deportation cases would be limited only to persons who are considered as a danger to the Nation.

One of the promises that more acceptance has won, is to close private detention centers in which the Government delegates the responsibility in the retention of the undocumented, forcing them to stay in inhumane conditions and even where many have died for lack of medical assistance.

Are precisely these ideals that differentiate the Clinton policy proposal to the other republican candidates as Donald Trump; who has pronounced himself in favor of the expulsion from the country of all undocumented immigrants, regardless of the family situation that they have.
