Lettuce: It is rich in fiber, pectin, beta-carotene, vitamins and minerals such as potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium. It is a source of antioxidant and it delays premature aging.

Parsley: This herb is able to provide many health benefits: it reduces the high/ low cholesterol and triglyceride, blood pressure and is capable of acting as a diuretic; it also contains phosphorus, iron, calcium, vitamin C and E.
