Extend arms with the dumbbells in a horizontal position; keeping the chest inclined, lower your arms to the hips, alternate the exercise with the other leg, repeated 10 times on one side and then on the other side.
Pushups: put on face down on a mat, place your hands a slightly wider width than your shoulders; in that position, press down with your hands on the floor, so that your body gets up and back down, slowly, leaning on your fingertips. Front raise: Standing, with the upper body straight, holding a bar with a moderate weight, keep your hands regarding the shoulder width apart.
