Monday, 14 December 2015. It has already been created “Twyp”, a new application that allows its users to send money with just a text message. Amazing isn’t? Technology advances in order to help human beings to make our hectic life a easier and more comfortable field; interacting with one another through electronic equipment that allow us to be more efficient in the fulfillment of our activities or daily responsibilities.
Although in recent years there have been similar applications to this, the fact of that “Twyp” is supported by the bank; makes it more attractive to customers by the security and reliability in its operations.
So that the excuse of lack of time to go to the bank and make payments in a timely compliance with our financial commitments belongs to the past. The banks put long ago at the disposal of their clients, web pages that allow them to make payments and electronic transfers, cancel invoice of basic services, mortgages, credit cards and purchases of all types.
But sometimes, it is very cumbersome!, especially if we handle multiple accounts. How many people have not been forgotten for a long, complex password with letters, uppercase, lowercase, numbers and even special characters? Result: Blockage of access to the system for security reasons.
Therefore, in the search to make easier these formalities, this application born. Its creator is the bank of Dutch origin ING and its launch was made in Spain, a country where it has several offices and thousands of customers. And don’t worry!, the application admit successful transactions; regardless of the agency or operator to which destination bank account belongs.
In addition, the application is free and special for smart phones. We tell you about how it works. With only know the phone number of the receiver you can make immediate transactions obviously prior registration and download of the respective information as account number, bank card number, data of the depositor and the receiver.
The “Twyp” application is available through “Apple Store” or “Google Play”, and for the moment the amount allowed for transactions in this way is 1000 euros per year or the corresponding to the change in another currency. Its objective is to promote the use of electronic money, especially if the sums of money involved are low; providing ease and convenience to customers.
The representatives of the ING bank in Spain, announced that at the moment will be only clients of that country who can make use of the application “Twyp”; but it is expected that it would soon be possible to use in other countries in which there are ING agencies, imitating other banks such as BBVA in different countries. If the application has success, it is estimated that it can achieve the greatest number of banking institutions by how easy, safe, effective and comfortable it is. Everything through your smartphone!
