Dharma are the correct actions that we must make, that is to say, a law that we must meet always doing good. It can also be defined as a kind of belief, practiced in almost all the Indian religions, but with little differences in each one of these. This divine law will protect us from everything that wants to hurt us. Each one of us has an endless of qualities that we can offer the world; taking into account that give to others automatically blesses us, filling of happiness our spirit, no matter the religion to which others belong.

Many times we forget everything that we can give to people who need it, and we’re not talking just about to material. When a family member, friend or acquaintance asks for our help and we are not able to give it even if we can, we are closing him the doors; and this undoubtedly, closes any possibility that we may also receive some kind of blessing.

Dharma is a type of school that will teach us how to improve our quality of life, only the people who practice this law know that it is true. All of this, not only will help us make progress on the material level, but also in our spiritual growth. The teachings of the Buddha regarding the Dharma tell us that this law will allow us to find happiness, even in the worst moments.

Although in our exterior all is in deep tranquility, this cannot be seen if inside of us the peace does not live, but, when it lives inside of us, we could emanate it outwards. To put in practice this belief and that it be part of your life, it is necessary to include meditation in your everyday. You must convince yourself that this is the only way to find the absolute happiness and avoid everything that may cause pain, in addition to this; you may alleviate the problems and benefit the people who are around you. You have everything that you need to put in practice the Dharmic belief in your life, but, if there is any type of doubts, maybe it’s best to leave it for later.

Sometimes, laziness also makes us think that it is best to let this practice for the future, being simply a self-indulgent attitude to excuse us. However, to keep away this type of behavior is important to remove these thoughts of our mind, repeating sentences like: “I can convert the Dharma in part of my life”, this in order to generate motivation in our reflections.

The purpose of this practice is to take advantage of our existence in the world. Although this law is not easy to respect or follow, will be key to be able to find the happiness that we never find in the material or any outer element. Find the peace inside of your own being!
