The universe is an infinite source of energy, and to be part of it, all people possess energy. However, not all have learned how to use it to our advantage, which is why it ended up in our bodies causing an energy stagnation, which in turn will generate certain conditions. That is why, it is necessary to know how we can channel it, to restore our balance and prevent any disease produce in us; and the best way is through a therapy known as “reiki“.
This is a word of Japanese origin, is composed of two syllables: “rei” meaning universal energy, and “ki” which means life force; hence it refers to the relationship between them and their presence in us. This therapy is characterized by the laying on of hands in areas of the body where energy is stagnant, by restoring the flow again and returning to this energetic harmony in every sense: physical, mental and spiritual.
Its continued practice relieves fatigue, anxiety and stress; it aids in the recovery of bone and muscle injuries; soothes and heals chronic pain caused by arthritis, rheumatism or migraines; it helps strengthen the immune system, allowing fighting infections; and it is also effective against insomnia and depression.
With no side effects, it is a good complementary therapy to any treatment, and it is recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) as an alternative therapy. Thus, it is used in many hospitals around the world.
Another of the advantages is that no negative energies to the “reiki master” or patient are transmitted and can be used on any person, whether man, woman, boy or girl of any age and health status, it is even practiced on animals and plants.
While the “reiki” has many benefits, and all we have, the best way to use it is with the guidance of a teacher, who will show you all the techniques. Moreover, it will help you tune so as to transmit universal energy, not the energy itself, as this may weaken you.
The teaching process is divided into three levels: the first, is the introduction, in which we are taught to channel the energies by tuning after the practitioner to treat yourself; on the second level we are taught to channel energies to give “reiki” to other people; and on the third level, it deepens and perfects, in order to connect to a higher dimension and foster spiritual growth.
Thus, we find a technique that many people do not know, but we should all operate as we have in our hands the ability to heal ourselves. Consequently, if you want to be always healthy, learn “reiki” and put it into practice, this will channel these energies that affect your life in any field, and remain balanced and in harmony with the universe.
Channeling our energies seem as important as traditional medicine to energize our system. Reiki seems to be a great alternative to improve our general health and try something new.
