This diet consists in centering the feeding in a hypocaloric soup, that is to say that it is low in fats and calories. One of the most important recommendations for the success of this nutritional plan is not to make all the soup at once and freeze it or keep it for the whole week, since with the passing of days its flavor will deteriorate and that will make us want to defect from the purpose. For this reason, it is recommended to divide the ingredients for the preparation of the soup, in six portions and to make the same daily, In this way it will always be fresh and its flavor will be optimal.
