The eyes are astonished to the stunning flat-topped vertical mountains projecting from the savannah. Roraima is reached through a rustic road from the main road of the Great Plains, between kilometer 88 and Santa Elena de Uairen to reach the Pemon community Paraitepuy with a 4 wheels drive jeep.
When you reach the village, hikers should put their backpack and start walking. It takes a day to reach the base of the mountain, and another day to get to the top. Upon reaching the top for the first time can touch the wall of the Roraima and see the fully extended savannah; you can see the diversity of stones with shapes of turtles and unimaginable vegetation: the floor full of quartz; a huge mountain-shaped car called Maverick; small natural pools and waterfalls from the top of the tepui.
