All this will help you to eliminate toxins, prevent fatigue and weakness, and to improve your immune system.
2. Enjoy your sleep: sleeping 8 hours will help you consolidate your memory, maintain your weight, improve learning ability, reduce the problems of high blood pressure, provide energy for your body, improve your immune system; and finally, you will be happier.
3. Avoid risky situations: accidents and hazardous activities has consequences that * can be avoided; only we must take into account the common sense. You must be cautious!
4. Stay away from vices: drug use and excessive consumption of alcohol and tobacco, are the vices more harmful to your health. Please remove them from your life!
5. Exercise always: This will allow you to have a healthy heart, strengthen your mental health, and will help you to: manage stress, anxiety and depression; accelerate your metabolism; maintain your ideal weight; prevent disease and improve your bone density.
6. Enjoy the sun and the open air: The sun’s rays are an irreplaceable source of vitamin D; this will help your body to keep strong and healthy bones, and to absorb the calcium and phosphorus of the meals. However, you should avoid overexposure to it as this may cause insolation, and even skin cancer.
7. Combat stress: Learn how to relax; this will allow you to live fully each moment, and have a quiet and peaceful life. For this reason, yoga and meditation can be great allies.
8. Does not neglect their hygiene: This will allow you to prevent infections caused by viruses, bacteria and germs, which could cause more serious diseases, keeping it healthy and with good appearance.
9. Visit the doctor annually: Monitor your most vulnerable areas and yourself a complete check; in this way, you can detect potential health problems and take appropriate measures.
10. Does not neglect your spirituality: Prayer connects us with God, and with everything positive of life; releases us from the daily stress, and provide us with the optimism that helps keep our physical and mental health.
