According to a recent study says, “People who do not smile live an average of 75, while people that smile a lot live an average of 79 to 80 years”.

In addition to generating many benefits to the beauty and health, smiling it can also be used as a social tool. A smiling and relaxed person is able to build trust and is suitable to handle stressful situations. When we smile we seem friendlier and generate a harmonious atmosphere among people, taking at the same time a positive effect on the wellbeing of everyone.
